SPACER

Devold® Spacer FR is a threedimensional knitted fabric, with wool on the inside and on the outside. The Spacer yarn maintain the distance between the layers, and creates pockets of airflow which increases the isolation - as the same time as the weight is low. With the Spacer-technology we have created a mid layer were we preserve the unique characteristics of wool, as the same time as we enhance the isolation. Physiological laboratory tests at SINTEF in Trondheim, proves that Spacer has a lower weight, but is still as good isolation as other more heavy mid-layers.
